Truffle Oil & Peppercorn Dressing

Ingredients:

• 1 tbs. Apple cider vinger
• 1 tsp. White wine vinegar
• 1 tbs. Truffle oil
• 2 tbs. Sunflower oil
• 1 tsp. Honey
• 1 tsp. Coarse sea salt
• 1 tsp. Crushed pink peppercorns
• 1 tsp. Kozlik's Green Peppercorn Mustard

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well using a wire whisk.
2. Allow to rest for 30 minutes, mix again, and serve with salad.
