Orange & Ginger Salmon


1 Tbsp Kozlik's Orange and Ginger Mustard
Juice of 1 Small Orange
2 tsp Honey
4 Skinless, Boneless Salmon Fillets


Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Whisk the mustard, orange juice and honey together in a bowl to make a marinade.
Turn the salmon in the marinade until evenly coated.
Place the salmon in a pan lined with parchment, pour any left over marinade on top and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked.
