Mustard Fried Chickpeas


  • Kozlik's Triple Crunch Mustard
  • 16 oz chick-peas
  • Olive oil (the good stuff)
  • Garlic - diced
  • Coarse salt & pepper
  • Lemon juice and quartered lemons
  • One onion, green pepper and tomato - chopped.

Chop 1 medium onion and 1 green pepper and throw into a hot heavy iron skillet with coarse salt and pepper.

After 4-5 mins add drained chick-peas with garlic and lemon juice.

After 4-5 mins (the chick-peas should be a little coloured), add a table spoon of Kozlik's Triple Crunch Mustard and tomatoes.

After 2 more mins it's done and delicious!

Use quartered lemons to decorate plate.
