Amazing Maple Fizz

Kozlik's "Amazing Maple" Mustard, Collective Arts "Local Press" Cider,  Fresh Pressed Organic Lemon Juice
In a flute combine the following:
4 oz. Local Press Cider
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Maple Syrup
.25 oz. Kozlik's Amazing Maple Mustard
Garnish with lemon twist.


The "Really Hot" Caesar

Kozlik's "Really Hot" Mustard, Cilantro Infused Georgian Bay Vodka, Walter Craft Caesar Mix, Caroll & Co. Bloody Mix, Fresh Pressed Organic Lime Juice
In a collins glass combine the following:
1.5 oz. Cilantro Infused Georgian Bay Vodka*
.5 oz. Kozlik's Really Hot Mustard
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Caroll & Co. Bloody Mix
Garnish: Oyster topped with Kozlik's "Triple Crunch" Mignonette and a Kozlik's "Poultry Rub"  Spice Blend rim.
 * Cilantro infused Georgian Bay Vodka
 Empty one bottle of Georgian Bay Vodka into a mason jar or large vessel.  Wash and cut off ends of one bunch of cilantro.  Add Cilantro to vodka and let sit at room temperature for at least 12 hours.  Strain vodka back into bottle. 



Kozlik's "Sweet & Smoky" Espuma, Toasted Coconut Infused Stalk & Barrel Single Malt Canadian Whisky, Lillet Blanc, Amaro Montenegro, Pineapple Star Anise Bitters
In a mixing glass combine the following:
1 oz. Toasted Coconut Infused Stalk & Barrel Whisky*
1 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 oz. Amaro Montenegro
2 Dashes Ms. Better's Pineapple Star Anise Bitters
Add ice, stir, and strain into glass.  Top with Sweet and Smoky espuma* and pineapple wedge.  Dust with grated nutmeg.
*Toasted Coconut Infused Stalk & Barrel Whisky
Toast one cup of unsweetened coconut flakes until golden brown. Empty bottle of Stalk & Barrel Whisky into a mason jar or large vessel, and add toasted coconut flakes.  Let sit at room temperature for at least 12 hours. Strain whisky back into bottle.
*Kozlik's "Sweet & Smoky" Espuma
Combine in ISI cannister:
4 oz. Aqua Faba (the water from a can of chickpeas)
3 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz. Maple Syrup
2 oz. Amaro Montenegro
.5 oz. Kozlik's Sweet & Smoky Mustard
Charge with nitrous (N2O).
