Honey Mustard Ice Cream


  • 3 cups Half & Half Cream
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 6 Egg Yolks 
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Kozlik's Triple Crunch


  1. Heat cream and honey over low flame.
  2. Whisk egg yolk and sugar together until combined, and temper them slowly into the pot of cream and honey.  Continue to cook until the mixture is thickened and holds a line on the back of the spoon. Chill the custard base for 4 hours (or overnight).
  3. Before adding to the ice cream machine whisk in the mustard to taste.  Freeze in ice cream maker according to the manufacture's instructions. 
  4. Serve with fresh sliced peaches
NOTE: Try it with Kozlik's Honey Mustard for extra sweetness!
