Dill Mustard Tzatziki

¼ cup shredded seedless cucumber
½ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
¼ cup Kozlik's Delectable Dill Mustard 
1 Tbsp chopped capers
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Place grated cucumber on a paper towel or cloth. Let rest to drain excess liquid.
  2. In a small bowl combine yogurt, mustard, capers and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Once liquid has drained from cucumber add to yogurt mixture. Mix well and serve.
  4. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
