Dijon Crusted Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets (i.e. sole, tilapia, halibut)
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp Kozlik's Dijon Classique
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
  3. Place fish on parchment-lined baking sheet on and spread mixture evenly over fish.
  4. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter and remaining cheese, sprinkle over fillets.
  5. Bake until fish begins to flake, approx. 12-15 minutes.
