Dijon Crusted Fish

4 fish fillets (i.e. sole, tilapia, halibut)
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 tsp Kozlik's Dijon Classique
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese. Place fish on baking sheet on parchment paper and spread mixture evenly over fish. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter and remaining cheese, sprinkle over fillets. Bake until fish begins to flake, approximately 12-15 minutes.
