Dijon Crusted Fish
Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets (i.e. sole, tilapia, halibut)
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Kozlik's Dijon Classique
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
- Place fish on parchment-lined baking sheet on and spread mixture evenly over fish.
- Toss bread crumbs with melted butter and remaining cheese, sprinkle over fillets.
- Bake until fish begins to flake, approx. 12-15 minutes.
