Clobbered Cranberry Stuffing

  • 1 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Finely chopped celery
  • 1 tsp Dried sage
  • ¼ tsp Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup Roughly chopped cranberries
  • 3 Healthy spoonfuls Kozlik’s Clobbered Cranberry Mustard
  • 3 cups Roughly chopped bread
  • 1 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 ½ Turkey or vegetable stock


In a large bowl toss all dry ingredients.  Combine stock and Clobbered Cranberry Mustard.  Mix well.  Combine all ingredients in a parchment paper lined roasting pan or casserole dish.  Cook at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.  Check every ten minutes to stir.  Add additional stock or water if needed after 30 minutes.

Serve with turkey
