Classic Deviled Eggs with a Kick


  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp XXX Mustard
  • 2 tsp, Minced Onion
  • 2 sprigs, Chopped Chives 
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Pepper - To Taste
  • Paprika - To Taste


  1. Put the eggs in a pot and cover with an inch or two of cold water. Bring the eggs up to a boil and cover with a lid and turn the heat off. Let the eggs cook for 12-13 minutes.
  2. Put the eggs under cold water and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolk into a bowl.
  4. In a bowl mix the egg yolks, mayonnaise, XXX Hot mustard, onion, salt and pepper.
  5. Put the mixture into a ziplock bag, push it all in one corner and snip the corner.
  6. Use the ziplock bag like a pipping bag and pipe into the egg whites.
  7. When you are finished sprinkle with paprika & chopped chives.
